Every training session since January 2018, from the watch, Strava, Element Logbook and the old strength apps, merged into one history and kept current by the nightly sync. The filters above apply to every tile, chart and table of the page.
Last 12 months: — sessions and — hours of training, — km of running. Expeditions are kept out of the volume.

Moving hours by sport over the period.
Sessions of the period by weekday and starting hour (local time). Dot size is the number of sessions; its colour, the sport done most at that time.
Moving hours per day, one row of weeks per year of the period (Monday at the top). Darker is more; days outside the period are faded; expeditions left out.
The 60 most recent sessions in the filters, one row per session even when the watch, Strava and Element Logbook each recorded it.

Every session with GPS on one map, one line per session (the watch's recording when there is one): the brighter, the more often. Squares are the map's zoom-14 tiles (about 1.5 km a side here) that a track went through. The map opens on the place with the most sessions for the filters; Previous and Next (or ← → on the map) visit the others, busiest first.
Load is Garmin's training load per session (EPOC based), available since the watch started reporting it. Fitness is its 42-day exponential average, fatigue its 7-day average, form the difference. The acute:chronic ratio compares the last 7 days with the weekly average of the last 28; between 0.8 and 1.3 is the usual safe band.
Over the period, up to —; with a sport chosen, that sport's load only.
Sum of session load over the period.
Minutes per heart-rate zone over the period. The watch's zones still use an old resting heart rate, so treat the split as indicative.
Share of heart-rate time in each zone, each month of the period. The dashed line is 80 %: in a polarized (80/20) plan, zones 1 and 2 reach it.
Over the period. Type comes from the Strava note (interval, threshold and brick runs are workouts); a run without a typed note counts as easy.
Running km added up day by day, one line per year of the period: the latest in colour, the one before dashed, older years in grey.
The years of the period (runs logged since December 2020).
Runs of 5 km or more in the filters. Average pace (left scale, min/km, faster is higher) and average heart rate. Pace improving at the same heart rate means better aerobic fitness.
Easy runs only: at least 60 % of the time in zone 2 or below, flat, no intervals; months since the watch reports zones. Efficiency = speed in metres per minute divided by average heart rate: higher is more speed for the same heartbeat. Below, their average heart rate: if it creeps up at the same pace, fatigue or heat is showing.
Garmin's fastest segments inside an activity, not official race times: the bests set during the period.

Interval and threshold runs whose Strava note gives the work reps: average pace of the work reps, each point one session.
From your Strava notes: work done, its pace, and targets hit (within 3 s/km).

Rides in the filters. The 2026 build towards IRONMAN 70.3 New York is the main block. Home trainer: an indoor or virtual ride type from the watch or Strava.
Cycling km added up day by day, one line per year of the period: the latest in colour, the one before dashed, older years in grey.
Watts over the period, each time the watch updated it. Sparse until the home trainer gives regular power.

Seconds per 1 km run, in race order. A flat line means even pacing under fatigue.
Heaviest set per day for one exercise, in the filters (Hercule 2018–2024 is weight training, Wodify 2022–2025 CrossFit, Element Logbook since 2026 Element Training).

Every flight from the watch and Strava, with the flight logbook: takeoff and landing, height difference, instructors, wing and notes. Airtime is the watch’s moving time (the logbook’s duration for a flight the watch did not record); highest altitude is Strava’s highest point of the track.

Each day of the period, and the 7-day average. Lower is better; a rise of 5 bpm or more over a few days often means fatigue or illness.
Each night of the period (recorded since September 2025), with Garmin's baseline band. Below the band means recovery is behind.
Weekly average hours asleep over the period.
Weekly averages over the period: all-day stress and the day's highest body battery.
Every weigh-in of the period. Few points: worth weighing in once a week.
Markers estimated by the watch. Values are the latest at the period's end; charts show the period. They are a guide until they are confirmed by a field test (threshold run, ramp test on the home trainer). The heart-rate zones on the watch still use a resting heart rate of 71 and a maximum of 202; to update after the test.
Running estimate, each time it changed.
Bpm, detected by the watch during runs.
Min per km, detected with the threshold heart rate; higher on the chart is faster.
Watts, Garmin running power.
Where each part of the history comes from, what is waiting for a decision, and how the numbers are built.
Before merging, months of the period. Garmin starts in March 2022; Strava covers December 2020 onwards; Hercule holds the 2018–2021 gym sessions; Wodify the CrossFit classes of 2022–2025; the PADI logbook the dives; the flight logbook the paragliding flights.
